Robert Louis Stevenson wrote A Child’s Garden of Verses, the book holding a treasure of beautiful poetry, of and about children and their pastimes. The wonderful work of the illustrator Ruth Mary Hallock in a 1919 edition of A Child’s Garden of Verses, compliments that poetry.
We have digitally cleaned and restored these illustrations, and in some black and white images, have added a modern touch of our own.
